Single-Access Vs Multi-Access application

This article illustrates the difference between the Single-access and Multi-access platforms catering to the requirements of our varied customer base.

SINGLE-ACCESS (SA) AND MULTI-ACCESS (MA) USERS


A. Single-access (SA)
The Single-access application is suited for energy managers or enterprise who manage their contracts directly and require lower number of optimisations (approximately 0-15).

B. Multi-access (MA)
The Multi-access application is more suited for larger corporations that manage energy contracts of their customers or other users and require high number of optimisations (usually above 20). This application supports the role of a manager (suppliers or managers of KAMs), KAM (consultants), and customer.
