When creating a new optimisation, you can set up your fixing advice notifications.

When will you receive the notification?

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE THE NOTIFICATION ?

You will receive notifications :

  • one working-day before the date of the fixing advised on the basis of the market forecast.
  • on the day of the fixing advised on the basis of a historical analysis of the market.

HOW TO SETUP THE NOTIFICATIONS WHEN CREATING A NEW OPTIMIZATION

A. Setting up email notifications

• Activate the option 'Email'
• Click on the button 'Add an email'
• Fill in the email ID of the recipient
• Press 'Enter'
• Repeat these steps to add more email IDs


B. Setting up SMS notifications

• Activate the option 'SMS'
• Choose the country code of your phone number
• Insert the phone number of the recipient
• Press 'Enter'

CAN YOU MODIFY THE SETUP LATER?

Yes, you can modify the setup in the 'Optimisation settings' section in the 'Details of optimisations' page.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS 

 

A.   FOR SINGLE ACCESS USERS

We advise you to activate at least the email notification.

 

B.   FOR MULTI ACCESS USERS (KAM ACCOUNTS)

If you have too many optimisations, we advise you to deactivate the notifications for yourself and activate them only for your customers.
