CREATING A DEMO FOR A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER
The demo account is a free account in which you can create optimisations for your customer with his data and let him explore the demo account for a day.
The demo account will be automatically deleted after a day along with the optimisations it included.
To create a demo account, please follow these steps:
- Begin with creation of a customer account
For more details, check : Creating a customer account - In the 'Info' section, click on 'Yes' to answer the question 'Is this a demo account?'.
- Continue and complete the creation of the customer account.
PROVIDING A FREE TRIAL TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER
Note :
A real account is created for free trial and at the end of the trial :
- Your potential client will still have an access to the application but cannot access any market information or fixing calendar.
- All of his data is saved and will reappear if he accepts your offer and you reactivate the services by modifying his account.
- If he doesn't accept your offer, you can manually delete his account.

To provide a free trial, please follow these steps :
- Begin with creation of a customer account

- Click on 'Yes' to answer the question 'Would you like to give your customer access to the application?
- Enter the dates according to the duration of the free trial you would want to provide.
- Click on 'Yes' to answer the question 'Would you like to give your customer access to the application?
- Continue and complete the creation of the customer account.
