  • In the dashboard, you can view your fixing schedule in the 'Calendar of fixing advice' section.1

CALENDAR OF THE FIXING ADVICE IN THE OPTIMISATIONS' DETAIL PAGE


  1. In the dashboard, click on the 'Optimisations' tab on the menu bar or,
    Click  the 'My optimisations' button in the 'Optimisations' section.
  2. Select the optimisation from the list of optimisation in the 'Optimisations' page.
  3. In the 'DETAILS OF OPTIMISATION'page, you can view your calendar for that optimisation under the 'Evolving fixing calendar' tab.

CALENDAR OF THE FIXING ADVICE BY THE PERIOD OF CONSUMPTION

  1. In the dashboard, click on the 'Optimisations' tab on the menu bar or,
    Click  the 'My optimisations' button in the 'Optimisations' section.
  2. Select the optimisation from the list of optimisation in the 'Optimisations' page.
  3. In the 'DETAILS OF OPTIMISATION' page, under the 'Evolving fixing calendar' tab, click on the 'By consumption period' tab to view your calendar.

  4. Click on a consumption period to view the fixing advices for that specific period.

FREQUENCY OF UPDATING FIXING CALENDAR

We update the fixing calendar in the following scenarios:

  • Every time the forecasts are updated.
  • Whenever you modify the parameter of optimization, namely,
    • The Risk Appetite for all the optimisation or by period
    • Baseline Forecasts  use for your optimisation
    • The Optimisation period in the settings of a specific period
  • When you register the fixing that you made with your supplier in the application.
  • When you missed a fixing date advised to you, i.e., when you have not fixed your consumption with your supplier and/or have not registered the fixing details in the application.
