Attention :
Do not manage the notifications from the customer account details' page. Instead for each optimisation manage it :
- At the end of the process of creation of a new optimisation.

SHOULD YOU ACTIVATE THE NOTIFICATIONS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS ?
Case 1 : You didn't provide your customer access to the application
In this case, we recommend you to not send the notifications to the customer because the notifications just warn the users of a change in the application to which the customer does not have access.
Case 2: You provided your customer access to the application
We recommend you to send the notifications to the customer because :
- The customer will receive all the news for his optimisations in real-time.
- It will automatise the sharing of important information and save you time.
- The customer will appreciate your proactive approach.
SHOULD YOU ACTIVATE THE NOTIFICATIONS FOR YOURSELF?
Case 1 : You manage only a few optimisations
We recommand you to set up the notifications so that you do not miss any important information.
Case 2 : You manage a high number of optimisations
We recommend you to not set up the notifications so that you can avoid receiving too many notifications.
Tip : Since you have many optimisations to manage, we advise you to regularly check your dashboard. There you can view all the fixings recommended by the application to your customers for the upcoming days.
